Luanda Cash does NOT offer refunds, cash refunds, credit refunds, or exchanges on any merchandise purchased in-store or online.
By making a purchase from Luanda Cash, you agree that all sales are final.
Products Covered by This Policy
This no-refund, no-exchange policy applies to all products sold by Luanda Cash, including but not limited to:
- Luxury watches (Rolex, Cartier, and all other brands)
- Jewelry (gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, gemstones, and all other types)
- Designer handbags and purses
- All other merchandise sold in-store or online
Why All Sales Are Final
Due to the high-value nature of luxury goods, concerns about authenticity, wear and tear, and the inability to resell items as "new" after they leave our possession, we do not accept returns or offer refunds of any kind.
In-Store and Online Policy Are Identical
This policy applies equally to purchases made at our physical store locations and through our website (luandacash.com).
Before You Buy – Please Read Carefully
By making a purchase from Luanda Cash, whether in-store or online, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. You have inspected or reviewed the item to your satisfaction (in-store) OR reviewed all photos, descriptions, and details (online)
2. You understand that no refund, no credit refund, and no exchange will be provided
3. You accept the item "AS IS" with all its attributes, including any normal signs of wear for pre-owned items
The Only Exception – Damaged or Incorrect Items
The only circumstance in which a refund, replacement, or store credit may be considered is if:
- You receive an item that is materially different from what was described on the website, OR
- The item arrives damaged due to shipping (e.g., broken watch crystal, crushed box, visible damage not shown in photos)
To report a damaged or incorrect item, you MUST contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

What you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damage or the incorrect item
- Description of how the item differs from what was described
What happens next:
- We will review your claim within 2-3 business days
- If approved, we may offer store credit or a replacement at our sole discretion
- Cash refunds will never be issued – even in approved cases
Approval is not guaranteed. Each claim is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Pawn Loan Transactions – Not Covered by This Policy
This Return Policy applies ONLY to retail purchases made in-store or on luandacash.com.
Pawn loan transactions are separate and governed by Florida State Statute Chapter 539.

Purchases made through Acima financing are subject to Acima's terms and conditions, not this Return Policy. Please contact Acima directly for their return and refund policies.
