Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation and verification.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
We ship exclusively via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).
Carrier selection depends on package weight, destination, and value.
Delivery Estimates (Continental US)
Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
Please note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and holidays may affect delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Destination zip code
- Selected shipping method
You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- A link to track your package on the carrier's website
Tracking information may take 24 hours to update after shipment.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to:
- International addresses
- APO or FPO addresses
- PO Boxes (for high-value items)
Lost or Stolen Packages
Luanda Cash is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
1. Check with neighbors or building management
2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
3. Contact us at info@luandacash.com and we will assist where possible
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
1. Take photos of the damaged box and contents
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3. Keep all original packaging
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements are handled according to our Return Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you enter an incorrect address:
- Contact us immediately at info@luandacash.com
- If the order has not shipped, we may be able to correct it
- If the order has shipped, we cannot reroute it. You must contact the carrier directly
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will incur additional shipping fees for resending.
