- Use Acima financing services

All products (watches, jewelry, handbags) are pre-owned unless explicitly stated as "new."

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

Pricing

- All prices are in US dollars ($)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Price changes do not apply to completed orders

Payment

Payments are processed through Wix Payments. Payment must be received in full before items are shipped.

Orders

We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order for any reason
- Limit quantities purchased
- Correct pricing errors

If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

- Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees
- We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or customs
- Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.

The only exception is for damaged or materially different items, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Pawn loan transactions are:
- Separate from retail purchases

- Not available through this Website
